Our bags are designed for maximum versatility. It adapts to your everyday life for all occasions (work, outings, travel...). In a single bag, you can wear it in many different ways:

2. How quickly can I receive my order? 📦

Delivery takes between 5 and 15 working days, depending on your location. 
3. How do I track my order? 

Go to the order trackingOnce your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. 
You can track the status of your delivery in real time.
4. What are the prices of your bags?
Prices can vary between €50 and €95, depending on current promotions, model and country of delivery.

5. What materials are used in the bag?
Our bags are made from sustainable materials:

6. Are your bags suitable for all seasons?

Absolutely. Our different models come in a variety of trendy colors:

8. How to process the bags?
-Handbag → Remove the shoulder strap.
-Shoulder bag → Attach the adjustable shoulder strap.
-Backpack → Attach the two adjustable shoulder straps to the back.
-Pouch → Answer the bag and remove the straps.
9. What are the delivery charges?
 
Delivery is free of charge.  

10. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we offer a 15-day return policy. 
The bag must be returned in its original condition (unused).
Return shipping is free. 
Exchanges are possible subject to stock availability.

11. What payment methods are accepted?  💳

-Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
-PayPal.

12. Do you offer payment in instalments?
-Coming soon. We are working to enable you to pay for your orders in instalments. 

13. Do you ship to all African and European countries? 🌍

We deliver to almost every country in Africa and Europe.

14. Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
After this time, the shipment will already be in progress, and you will have to wait to receive the parcel before returning it.

15. Do you offer special deals?

16. My bag arrived damaged. What should I do?

Contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
Provide a photo of the damaged product.
We will send you a free return label and proceed to a quick exchange.

Yes, we're committed to usinguse environmentally-friendly materials.
Recyclable or biodegradable packaging.
