**Refund policy
At Chamleons, we are committed to providing you with a satisfactory shopping experience, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, in particular the **Code de la consommation**. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you by respecting your rights of retraction and guarantee.

## **1. Right of retraction (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code)** (in French)
In accordance with article **L221-18** of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of **14 calendar days** from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties, with the exception of return costs.
### **Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:**
- The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
- Damaged, incomplete or mishandled products will not be eligible for a refund.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code):
- Personalized or made-to-measure items.
- Perishable or limited shelf-life products.
- Sealed products (such as underwear or hygiene products) that have been opened after delivery.

In accordance with articles **L217-4 to L217-14** of the French Consumer Code, you benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity in the event of a defect in the product delivered.
### **In the event of product non-conformity:**
- You have **2 years** from receipt of the product to invoke the legal warranty of conformity.
- If the product is found to be non-compliant (e.g. defective, different from the description), we will repair or replace it, or give you a full refund at no extra charge.
- The legal warranty of conformity applies in the same way as any commercial warranty offered from time to time.

### Application conditions:**
- You have a period of **2 years** from the discovery of the latent defect to invoke this warranty.
- If the defect is confirmed, we will offer you :
- Repair or replacement of the product.
- A full refund if repair or replacement proves impossible.

## **4. Return** procedure

2. Once your request has been validated, we will send you the return instructions.
3. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
4. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking to guarantee receipt of your package.

## **5. Refunds
Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request:
- If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within **5 to 10 working days**.
- Initial delivery charges will not be refunded (except in the case of a defective product or error on our part).

- You can cancel your order within **24 hours** of purchase, provided it has not yet been shipped.
